On Sunday 22nd October 2017 ESKA held their third Interclub competition of the year at the UEA Sportspark in Norwich. The competition was an individual Kata and Kumite only event with juniors, cadets and adults all competing. Once again the competition was very well attended with over 150 students taking part across 30 categories. As always there was a great display of karate and sportsmanship on display.

Well done to all the students who entered, please see attached image for full results and winners pictures.

A special congratulations to Layla Ward who won the Competitor of the Day Award for winning gold medals in both her kata and kumite events.

As this was the final ESKA competition of the year the 2017 Junior Grand Prix has been concluded. Congratulations to Shannon Marment who’s two silver medals saw her score a very impressive total of 86 points out of 90 and take the 2017 title.
