On Sunday 8th July, The UEA Sportspark, Norwich hosted the 9th TSKUK National Open Shotokan Championships.

Nearly 300 competitors from across the country competed in both individual and team events in kata and kumite.

Over 130 students from ESKA competed, each showing a fantastic standard of karate and sportsmanship! The high level of karate resulted in an outstanding amount of medals being won during the competition. At the end of the day ESKA students had won a total of 97 medals:

27 Gold

39 Silver

31 Bronze

Congratulations to all the medallists and to Dylan Partridge – Kelly from ESKA who won the Competitor of the Day Award.
