On Monday 27th March Sensei Rick Hotton 5th Dan once again visited ESKA. Karateka of all ages, grades and even organisations turned out to make this course a huge success. Attendees were treated to more of Sensei’ though provoking and Aikido inspired Karate principles. As always a great course from Sensei Hotton left everyone with pointers, theories and idioms to consider. We look forward to the next time we host Rick Sensei.
