Outstanding Success at EKCC Karate Open Competition in Clacton.

Twenty Five members of Eastern Shotokan Karate Association (ESKA) competed at the EKCC Karate Open Competition on 12th November 2017.

Micah Avowlanu, Isabella Brown, Ian Burgon, Lana Clark, Max Clay, Jessica Collins, Kaitlin Collins, Joanna Crane, Sophia Dent, Oliver Drury, Ellie-Rose Fyfe, Reegan Green, Toby Higham, Molly Lambert, Shannon Marmant, Luca Occhionero, Dylan Partridge-Kelly, Martha Selby, Charlie Snelling, Sam Snelling, Max Threadwell, Owen Ward, Layla Ward, Ella Wright and Josh Wright.

After a very successful competition the squad returned home with a total of 8 Gold Medals, along with an additional 9 Silver and 30 Bronze Medals. Giving the squad a total of 47 Medals.

The whole Squad did really well over the day of competing with ESKA coming second in the medal table finishing just behind the host EKCC Squad.

Well done to everybody who competed.
