Wednesday 15th April at 4pm – Intermediate/Higher Grade Kihon with Sensei Dave
Thursday 16th April at 4pm – Tiny Tiger Breakfalls with Sensei Nathan
Friday 17th April at 4pm – Black Belt Kata with Sensei Dan
Saturday 18th April at 10am –  Lower Grade Kumite with Sensei Dave
Sunday 19th April at 10am –  Intermediate/Higher Grade Kata with Sensei NathanLower Grades: White, Red and Orange Belts.
Intermediate Grades: Yellow, Green, Purple and Purple & White Belts.

You don’t need to create a profile, just enter our Meeting ID, which is 890 147 5767 and password 654321. This should be the same for every class. Please log on around 10 minutes before the class starts, to make sure you are set up and ready to go. The content for each class is aimed at the groups above, but everyone is welcome, so feel free to join in with all the classes!


ESKA Online Kata Competition

Please remember there is still time to submit your entry, we have really enjoyed looking at all the entries we have had so far. Entries must be submitted by Sunday 12th April 2020

Here are the categories and details of how to enter. There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place entries which will be posted out to you after the results are released.


Junior (Up to 13 yrs)

White – Orange Belt
Yellow – Purple and White Belt
Brown Belt
Black Belt

Cadets and Seniors (14 yrs +)

White – Orange Belt
Yellow – Purple and White Belt
Brown Belt
Black Belt

How to enter
  • All entries must be submitted in video format (smartphone or other recording device) and sent via either Facebook messenger or Instagram messenger
  • All competitors must wear their Karate Gi (suit) and shoes if performed outside.
  • You can do any kata you wish (Tokui Kata).
  • When sending in your kata please let us know if you are happy for us to share the video on our social media platforms.
  • You can either do the kata in complete and correct form (we suggest doing it outside) however if space is an issue we will accept adaptions for these restrictions).
  • Medals will be presented for the top three entries chosen but the ESKA Senior instructors and student will receive their medal by post.
  • Winners will be announced on Tuesday 14th April 2020.
