Shotokan karate is suitable for both men and women to acquire traditional karate skills combining self‐defence with a total body workout. Karate is an activity which develops both physical and mental abilities and is a great alternative to other sports. Karate is a unique form of fitness because it not only works every muscle and bone in the body; it also develops muscular endurance and strength.

Great karate school with an amazing team of instructors, plenty of different classes, days and times to choose from which suits all needs and levels of students.
Instructors are fantastic, professional, helpful with a good sense of humour. They are great with the kids and the adults.I would highly recommend to anyone looking to start in martial arts/span>
