We emailed all members at the end of last week explaining a number of changes to classes, that came into affect with the easing of Covid restrictions yesterday.
After consultation with local councils and Public Health England, we have come to the decision that our planned changes would not be in the best interest of our members or instructors, as the risk of infection and isolation due to close contact with others is far too high.
Instead, from today we will revert to all of the same restrictions we have been working under for the past few months, as we want to make sure that you can all continue to enjoy your training as safely as possible.
Partner work will not yet be re-introduced. Pad work with partners will still be allowed.
Classes will not be asked to Kiai.
Our class numbers will revert back to the previous numbers, to ensure we can still allow correct social distancing in every lesson.
The Dojo Norwich will again be asking spectators to wear face coverings while inside the building. All of the venues listed below that do not require face coverings are still encouraging the use of face coverings in public areas.
Attleborough Sports Hall – Spectators are allowed and will not be required to wear face coverings.
Aylsham High School Sports Hall – Spectators are allowed and will not be required to wear face coverings.
