Karate competitions focus on the two disciplines of Kata and Kumite. These can be done as individuals, teams and can even alternate in some events.
ESKA runs our own interclub competitions as a way to introduce our members to competitive Karate. We also give our students the opportunity to compete and National and International Competitions throughout the year, both representing ESKA and Great Britain through the TSKUK.
To help our students prepare for competitions, we hold Squad classes at The Dojo Norwich twice a month. It is from these classes ESKA has produced National and International medallists – many of which you can find on our teaching team!
