ESKA Performance Lab is our specialist physical development programme designed specifically for Karate athletes. It bridges the gap between general training and high-level performance. Each course has a unique, sport-specific focus designed to directly support your Karate. These short-course training blocks are education-led and results-driven, helping you understand how your body should move for Karate and how to train it effectively for long-term progression.
Each ESKA Performance Lab course is only open to selected age groups and grades. This ensures each course is tailored to the needs of that group. Unlike a general fitness class, the ESKA Performance Lab is structured, progressive and limited in numbers, giving participants focused coaching, measurable benchmarks and clear progression to continue their development between beyond the course.
Please see the course timetable below for the dates, times and focus of each Performance Lab block. Each course runs for four consecutive weeks from the start date shown. Spaces are limited and booking is for the full course. By enrolling, you’re committing to attend all four sessions to get the best results.
