ESKA Christmas 2020 Training Week

With all the disruptions to physical training our members have experienced this year, we will be running classes throughout the Christmas week with a series of special classes;

Christmas Eve Zoom Fun Session

24th December 2020 – 10.00am -11.00am

This session is free of charge to all ESKA members, family and friends, aged between 4 – 15 years. We will be emailing more details and the Zoom codes soon.

 

Christmas Week Training

Classes will be at The Dojo Norwich and are open to All Grades, 6 years and over.

Sunday Sweat Out

27th December 2020 – 10.00am -11.00am & 11.15am -12.15pm

Monday Motivator

28th December 2020 – 5.00pm – 6.00pm & 6.15pm –7.15pm

Train Hard Tuesday

29th December 2020 – 5.00pm – 6.00pm & 6.15pm –7.15pm

Wednesday Warmer

30th December 2020 – 5.00pm – 6.00pm & 6.15pm –7.15pm

Booking is now live for the Christmas week training, to book your session please click HERE. The sessions are limited to 32 students per class so book early to avoid disappointment.
