We will be holding our Individual Kata & Individual Kumite Competition
on Sunday 29th January 2023
at
The Dojo Norwich, 6 Burton Road, NR6 6AX
Competition Entry Fee:
1 Event £15
2 Events £25
The events will be split by age, gender and grade.
(Final category list to be announced once all entries have been received)

There will be awards presented for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Competition is open to:
Juniors (6 – 13yrs)
Cadets (14 – 17yrs)
Adults (18+)
Entries close 11.30 pm 25/1/2023

Competition Start Times

Red Belt 9th Kyu to Purple & White Belt 4th Kyu – 1.30pm

 Junior (Brown Belt 3rd Kyu & Above), Cadets & Adults (All Grades) – 3.00pm

Please arrive 15 minutes before the competition start time.

– Gum Shield

– Groin Guard (Males)
– Chest Guard (Females)
