Here at ESKA we are proud to support Active Norfolk and NWG’s Safe To Play campaign, which promotes positive and safe environments for children and young people taking part in sport and physical activity.

At ESKA, the welfare of our participants is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to creating spaces where children and young people feel valued, listened to and able to thrive.

As part of this commitment, we:
• Promote a welcoming and inclusive culture for everyone
• Have safeguarding policies and procedures in place and regularly review them
• Ensure our staff, coaches and volunteers receive appropriate training and support
• Encourage open conversations about wellbeing, safety and welfare
• Listen to the voices of children and young people and use their feedback to shape what we do

The Safe To Play campaign encourages parents and carers to ask questions about safeguarding when choosing a club or activity. We welcome those conversations and are happy to share how we keep children and young people safe.
