We teach Traditional Shotokan Karate across all ages.
If you are interested in getting healthier, meeting new people and gaining more self confidence along the way, then we are the people for you. We are proud to teach our students across various venues throughout Norfolk, including our brand new, state of the art venue The Dojo Norwich located at 3 Burton Road, Norwich, NR6 6AX. Tiny Tigers
Tiny Tigers is a fun exercise class incorporating karate techniques with enjoyable games to promote physical and mental skills in a safe, secure environment.
Junior Karate
Junior Karate is a class designed to promote the defensive, non‐aggressive approach to karate with all the physical and mental benefits of practicing Martial Arts.
Adult Karate
Suitable for 14 years and older, combining self‐defence with a total body workout. An all‐round activity to develop both physical and mental abilities.
Family Class
The perfect class type allowing families to train together at the same time. Juniors and adults train together at the same time.
Personal Tuition
Private tuition is ideal for students leading up to a grading or competition and would prefer to be taught 1 on 1.
Advanced Karate
Specifically for Brown and Black Belts. These classes focus on advanced kumite and Black Belt only kata.
Squad Training
ESKA offers specialist squad training sessions open to both adults and juniors who wish to specifically train for the competitive side of karate. These classes are held at The Dojo Norwich on Wednesdays at 6pm – 7pm.
